Team & Leadership

A small team, built to build.

A capital-markets lawyer who knows how resource deals get financed and closed, a Fellow chartered accountant keeping the books tight, and the operator who turned a legacy gemstone company into a focused critical-metals explorer. Here's why each of them is in the room.

SL

Sebastian Lowes

Chief Executive Officer & Director

Sebastian has spent his career on the deal side of Canadian capital markets. As a corporate and securities lawyer focused on mining and natural resources, he has helped structure, finance and close the kinds of transactions that build resource companies, including a $555.5 million initial public offering and multiple combinations of publicly listed issuers.

In May 2026 he stepped out from advising and took the wheel as CEO. The brief is direct: take TGX from a single Yukon rare-earth and niobium asset and build it into a portfolio of critical-metals projects, applying the playbook he has watched succeed first-hand: how these deals actually get financed, structured and put together.

JT

Jacqueline M. Tucker, FCPA

Chief Financial Officer

The "F" in Jacqueline's title is the hard one to earn. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants, a distinction reserved for the small group of accountants recognized for outstanding contribution to the profession.

As CFO she owns the numbers, the reporting, the controls and the audit, working with the Company's external auditor, Saturna Group of Vancouver. It is the unglamorous discipline a junior explorer needs to be taken seriously by the market it is asking to back it.

BB

M. Bilal Bhamji, CMA, CPA

Director

To understand how TGX got here, start with Bilal. As CEO from 2024 to 2026 he took True North Gems, a legacy gemstone company, and rebuilt it into a focused critical-metals explorer: a new name, a restructured share capital, and a clean pivot to the rare earths and niobium the Company pursues today.

A Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant, he handed the CEO seat to Sebastian Lowes in 2026 and stayed on the board to keep that strategy on course.

AG

André Gauthier, P.Eng., P.Geo.

Director

André brings a career spanning five decades and projects in more than thirty-five countries. He holds a B.Sc. in geological engineering and an M.Sc. in mineral exploration from UQAC in Chicoutimi, and carries both the P.Eng. and P.Geo. designations.

He has held officer and director positions at SOQUEM, Falconbridge, Noramco Mining, Cambior, Inca Pacific Resources, Lara Exploration and Vena Resources, and has been involved in gold and copper discoveries and acquisitions including Lac Shortt in Canada, La Arena and La Granja in Peru, Metates in Mexico and Pachón in Argentina. Since 2020 he has led Eval Minerals, his private mineral investment and advisory firm.

For TGX that is the technical end of the board: someone who has taken ground from first pass through to transaction, repeatedly, in jurisdictions far less forgiving than the Yukon.

JC

Jordan Calvert

Jordan is a businessman who serves as a director of listed junior resource companies. He brings board experience from across the sector to TGX as the Company works through the steps that take a single Yukon asset toward a wider critical-metals portfolio.

GM

George is a lawyer and businessman with extensive audit committee experience across listed junior resource companies. He sits on the TGX board, adding legal and financial oversight as the Company executes its critical-metals strategy and weighs the next properties to bring into the portfolio.

VB
